QUESTION: WHAT I REALLY WANT TO KNOW IS DOES THE WATERMARK APPEAR ON MY ORDERED PRINTS AND MERCHANDISE?

ANSWER: The watermark that appears on the photos in the galleries will not be on your purchased prints or downloads.

QUESTION: WHO HANDLES THE ORDERS, PRINTING AND DELIVERY?
ANSWER: SmugMug handles all aspects of order fulfillment for me, including printing, payment processing and shipping. We do not personally have access to any credit card information. All of your information, including your email address, will be kept private. Orders are filled by a professional lab located in Santa Cruz, California, who have been catering to top pros since 1976:

* A true pro lab, Bay Photo offers pricing that includes hand color correction of each print. Their experts will fuss over each order, ensuring superb color and consistency from print to print.

* All prints are carefully flat-packed — damage during shipment is almost unheard of.

* They carry more sizes and papers, including panoramic sizes and Giclée watercolor prints.
WE suggest you always select NO CROP when ordering prints.

QUESTION: I WANT TO BUY SOME PRINTS OR MERCHANDISE, WHAT DO I DO
ANSWER: When you find an image you want to purchase, click the buy button.  If you want more than one picture from a gallery select buy photos from this gallery.  Next select the product you want, how many you require, then check out.

QUESTION:  WHEN I AM CHECKING OUT, I AM SOMETIMES GIVEN OPTIONS ON CROPPING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
ANSWER: : If you are given an option to CROP, (AUTO, NONE or ADJUST) we highly recommend you select 'NONE'.  The reason for this is because we have often already cropped the image to give you the best possible picture regardless of whether it will print easily onto standard size print paper.  By selecting 'NONE'  you get the picture just as we intended it.    When your pirint arrives it might have some white borders top and bottom, this is to be expected and these can be left on if you are framing or trimmed off if you are not.
